Steelwork Fabrication & Design

From CAD to cut, weld, and install. Six capabilities under one roof — toggle to explore.

Equipment Modification & Retrofitting

Adapt and upgrade existing machinery instead of replacing it — structural reinforcement, safety retrofits, mounting frames for new sensors or motors, manual-to-powered conversions. We handle on-site survey through to removal and reinstall.

Functional Prototyping

Single-unit welded steel builds from your sketches, CAD files, or a verbal brief — test rigs, proof-of-concept frames, custom brackets. We build, you test, we revise, and hand off to manufacturing once the design is locked.

CAD Drafting & 3D Modelling

Production-ready drawings and 3D solid models in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360 — 2D fabrication drawings (DWG, PDF), STEP and IGES exports, assembly drawings, BOMs, and a design-for-manufacture review before anything hits the workshop floor.

Parts Reverse Engineering

For parts you can't source any more. We measure, 3D-capture, recreate the geometry in CAD, and machine a replacement that fits and functions like the original — single units or small-batch runs, with material substitution where needed.

Steelwork Manufacturing

Production fabrication once your design is signed off — plasma cutting, bending and rolling, MIG/TIG/stick welding, surface finishing (paint, powder coat, galvanising), and full assembly. Batch sizes from a single unit up to 500, with QC before delivery.

Interior & Industrial Fittings

Custom steel fittings for industrial sites and interior spaces alike — mezzanines, racking, architectural staircases and railings, machine guards, and feature steelwork for retail and hospitality. Site survey, fabrication, and installation included across Singapore.

Steelwork FAQ

Common questions about our fabrication work.

What steel fabrication services do you offer in Singapore?

Six services from our workshop at 15 Pioneer Road North: equipment modification and retrofitting, functional prototyping, CAD drafting and 3D modelling, parts reverse engineering, steelwork manufacturing, and interior and industrial fittings. This includes stainless steel work such as safety railings, access staircases, machine guards, screw conveyors and tank skids.

Which industries do you fabricate for?

Marine yards, construction contractors, food-production facilities and general manufacturers across Singapore. Typical jobs include machine guards, railings, staircases, conveyor parts, pump housings and replacement parts for older equipment.

Do you take on one-off jobs, or only production runs?

Both. We make single prototypes and one-off replacement parts as well as repeat production batches. For larger projects we work with a trusted network of partners to add capacity.

Can you measure on site and install the finished work?

Yes. We survey on site, design and fabricate in our workshop, then reinstall the finished work at your facility.

How long does it take to reverse-engineer a part?

Typically 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity. Bring a worn sample, an engineering drawing or a photo — we model the part in CAD and manufacture the replacement.

How do I get a quote for steelwork?

Send drawings, photos or a short description through our quote form or on WhatsApp (+65 8167 4007). We reply within one business day.
